We are currently waiting for our show apartment to open. As soon as it is ready, we will begin offering in-person viewings. Updates will be shared once tours are available to book.

Rooms are classified based on a number of factors, layout of the room, direction the room faces, whether street or courtyard, floor level and square meterage.

We will do our best to accommodate requests for you and your friend to live in the same apartment. Availability can vary depending on the time of year, so while this cannot be guaranteed, we will always try to meet your request where possible.

Yes, dual occupancy is available at this residence.

We offer double apartments with two separate bedrooms, as well as studio apartments with twin beds in the same room. Both options are designed to meet legal requirements for two residents.

We offer several contract lengths. You can explore the different contract lengths when you click on each room type. 

Yes, early move-in may be available for your room booking, subject to availability. Please contact the residence team in advance to request and confirm an earlier arrival date.

Your rent includes high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities such as electricity, heating and water, access to on-site amenities and communal spaces, as well as on-site management and support, with no additional service charges.

All apartments come ready to move in, with a comfortable bed and mattress, a desk, and plenty of storage for your clothes and personal items. The kitchenette includes a sink, induction hobs, fridge, and a basic set of cutlery and crockery. Everything you need to start living comfortably from day one.

Yes, if you are making payments towards your accommodation in instalments, you will need a guarantor to ensure you are able to complete your payments on time.

A guarantor will take on the liability of making payments on your behalf if you are unable to, for any reason. If you are experiencing difficulties making an instalment payment, please speak to our support team first – your guarantor will only be used as a last resort.

Yes! We offer on-site parking, both above ground and underground, with 40 car parking spaces available.

Parking is available at an additional cost and can be requested before your arrival, just get in touch with our team once your booking is confirmed.

Pets and animals aren’t allowed in our residences to keep our community safe and comfortable. If you require an assistance dog, we’re happy to discuss special arrangements to support your needs.

Yes, laundry facilities are available on site and can be accessed 24 hours a day.

• Building D: 6 washers and 6 dryers
• Building B: 2 washers and 2 dryers

The cost is €3.50 per wash and €2.00 per dry.

You’ll also find full details in your Welcome Book, which you will receive at check-in. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to help.

To help you settle in comfortably, each student will be provided with bedding linens. Please note that duvets and pillows are not provided.

Bed linen will be laundered twice a month alongside the room cleaning. 

If you would prefer, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen. All beds are standard single beds (approximately 90 × 200 cm).

We kindly ask that the provided linens are returned at the end of your stay. If items are not returned, a replacement charge will apply.

Yes, bicycle parking is available on site for residents who wish to store their bikes during their stay.

Students applying through ADSU must submit their accommodation application directly via the ADSU application process. Please follow the instructions provided by ADSU and complete your application through their system.

If you have any questions about the process, please contact ADSU directly for guidance.

Our dedicated staff will clean your bedroom twice a month to a satisfying standard. This includes wiping down surfaces and hoovering.

You will need to grant access to the room for the cleaning to be complete. Surfaces and floors will need to be accessible in order to be cleaned – our staff is not authorised to move your belongings. Our staff will not throw away any rubbish, excluding what has been gathered in the hoover and during the surface wiping.

Please note that we will launder bed linen twice a month as part of our fortnightly cleaning service.
